I have now ordered a couple of times from Must Have Ideas & I honestly can't fault the service provided by them.Apart from the delivery being delivered exactly when they said it would, I was constantly informed of where in the system my order was, from being processed to where it was on the carrier. On my first order I purchased the Samurai knife sharpener & was so impreesed with it I bought a second one. It is without doubt the best knife sharpener I have ever used & so simple. I have used expensive whetstones (all singing & all dancing) which takes a lot of skill & time to perfect but I was able to use this one straight out of the box & my knives slice trough paper like a knife through butter. I haven't the other items I purchased yet am sure they will be as good as the knife sharpener. i would have no hesitation in recommending Must Have Ideas & particularly the knife sharpener.
