Small company, big customer service

MHI stick to their promise about delivery and keep customers up to date with packages despatched. Their recent deals celebrating their 6 birthday have been amazing. I'm impressed with the usefulness and quality of the items I bought - Data Defender, Tidy Ties and Lightning Lamp. My one niggle is the frequency of follow up emails suggesting other items, but perhaps I should look at and revise my preferences.

I love this close family company

I love this close family company. I just bought a lightening lamp from them and I was soo impressed with this. It definitely makes a dark dinghy room light and bright! And I sticks to anything metal which is also brilliant. I love Must Have Ideas products there isn't one product that does one thing they all do multiple which is just out of this world! "Must Have Ideas" could become addictive…

"Must Have Ideas" could become addictive! I visited the site for one item and came away having purchased 4! Firstly, the website itself is beautifully clear and easily navigable. The pictures are very high quality and the information on the site is concise and clear. The ordering and payment process is fast and smooth and the 2 working days delivery promise is spot on! The items themselves are of great quality and all of them work as described; the broom had a free hand brush with it which is brilliant as a clothes brush, a duster and gets all those tiny bits and crumbs which get stuck around the hob or sink! The broom itself is better than the pet vacuum for clearing both cat and dog hairs - my carpets haven't looked as good since they were brand new. The lantern is better than any genie lamp; it has a hook, 4 strong magnets, and handles so it's already to go at any time. It is super bright, which we need here as we live in a small village with no street lights. I could go on all day and night about each item but instead it's better to just say "Buy It" as once you've tried whatever you buy, you'll be a returning customer time and again.
