I ordered the DX750 ULTRA extendable magnet and powerful light .Its so useful to pick up items dropped or out of reach ..metal objects spoons ,nails etc so I ordered 4 altogether one for myself and 3 people I knew would benefit .I struggle to reach up high or get down to floor level so this item is a MUST and SOOO useful .The other recipients have also been delighted.I had a small issue amd contacted them by email..they got back to me in less than 2 hrs and rectified the problem, basically bending over backwards to correct the issue .This co. company and their products treat customers the way a customer would like to feel- appreciated! I continue to look forward to new items..ALSO their clear stick on hooks are INCREDIBLE ,they never fall down and have saved me from having to drill holes in my bathroom tiles and they hold an incredible weight without a problem also useful in the kitchen on tiles and cupboards for extra items and space .Well done MUST HAVE IDEAS 11/10

A neat useful torch
Arrived quickly but without any instructions but after writing to MustHaveIdeas they responded promptly and gave me the information I required. Please note the batteries required are 4 x LR44 which I ordered from the internet and they were very cheap for 20 of them! I have not actually used the torch yet but the light seems really bright. It would only hold itself on the magnetic circle if it were hanging upside down.

A Nice Add On Tool for the Box.
Received a well made strong looking inspection tool with magnets at both ends. It arrived well packed and in sound condition. No batteries provided and no indication of battery type. It took and email with, I have to see, impressive immediate reply to establish LR44 battery requirement. This did not prove a problem thanks to the service reply. However, a note on the box would have been appreciated and saved the alarm. Excellent, well made tool for the ever growing tool box. Thank you.
