Mop disaster

Delivery was spot on. The Pipe Pal Plus was easy to use and I was surprised at how much gunge it removed from the plug holes - good buy. The Handy Hooks are easy to use and versatile and would definitely order more of these. Slightly disappointed with the Mighty Mop as to empty the container there are stoppers in the bottom and unfortunately, the stopper on the wet side came out and flooded the floor so the idea is good but design needs rethinking - maybe screw in rather than a push in plug. This is why I gave a four star rating.

Wonderful, easy gadget

My pipe pal plus arrived today and I’ve just one word to say..,.,WOW. What a great little gadget. My shower was emptying really slowly and the shower tray was filling with water. After using this clog remover it now empties quickly with no exces water in the tray.

Mould Magic, Easy Prep and Pipe Pal Plus

Bought the Mould Magic, the Easy Prep and the Pipe Pal Plus. I am absolutely delighted with all three products. The Mould Magic removed bathroom mould that I have been trying to get rid of with all kinds of mould remover without success. Just apply, leave for two hours and wash off. The Easy Prep is fantastic, chopped onions in just three 'pulls.' Now searching the Must Have Ideas website for other items that I just 'can't live without.

I've lost count of how many items we've bought from Must Have Ideas! To be honest, we've had so much rubbish from FB ads over the years, that we weren't holding out much hope with our 1st small order. How wrong we were! Everything we've bought has been so useful, great quality, well packed/shipped. But most importantly, the Customer Service is impeccable. And that really matters to us. The only thing is, sometimes when visiting the site... we end up buying things we never even knew we needed tol we saw it haha.
